Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Leeward: the desktop app for macOS and Windows, our servers and the website leewardwork.com (together, the “Service”), provided by Leewardworks (“Leewardworks”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms on behalf of your agency and confirm that you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Leeward is a desktop CRM for macOS and Windows for agencies that manage creator accounts on OnlyFans and Fansly. It includes Leeward Chat, the vault and PPV tools, team management with roles, access and approved devices, shifts, timesheet and payroll, analytics and alerts, the AI administrator, the message translator and Telegram notifications. The app updates itself automatically.

OnlyFans and Fansly are trademarks of their respective owners. Leeward is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OnlyFans or Fansly.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. The Service is for business use.
  • You are responsible for your account, for the access you give to team members and for everything done under your account.
  • Keep sign-in details secure and tell us promptly at hello@leewardwork.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Platform rules and your responsibilities

  • You may connect to Leeward only creator accounts that you are authorized to manage, and only with the consent of the model to have her account managed by your agency through Leeward. You are responsible for having that consent.
  • You decide which chatters get access, to which models and from which devices, and you are responsible for their actions in Leeward.
  • You must comply with the terms, policies and rules of OnlyFans and Fansly and with all laws that apply to you, your creators and your content.
  • You are responsible for the content you and your team send and for how you handle creator and fan data.
  • The platforms may change, limit, suspend or close accounts at their own discretion. We are not responsible for actions that OnlyFans, Fansly or any other platform takes against your accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service, and must not allow anyone to use it, to:

  • break the rules of OnlyFans, Fansly or any other platform, or any applicable law;
  • create, store or send content involving minors or non-consensual content;
  • harass, threaten, defraud or deceive anyone in violation of law or platform rules;
  • send spam or unsolicited mass messages that platform rules do not allow;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
  • probe, scan, attack or overload the Service, or bypass its security, licensing or access controls;
  • copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • introduce malware or harmful code.

These examples are not exhaustive. We may investigate suspected violations and take action under section 11.

5. Free trial

Every newly connected model gets a free trial of 7 days. Agencies invited through a referral link get a 14-day trial on up to 4 models, as described on our website. When the trial ends, the model needs a paid plan to keep working. Trials are meant for evaluating the Service; we may refuse or end a trial if it is abused.

6. Plans and payment

  • Prices are per connected model per month, according to the plan shown on the website or in the app.
  • Discounts apply when you pay for 3, 6 or 12 months in advance, as shown at checkout.
  • You top up your Leeward balance in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, and models are paid for from the balance. Network fees and exchange-rate differences are your responsibility. Prices do not include taxes that may apply to you.
  • If payment is not received, access for the affected models may be paused.
  • We may change prices with prior notice. New prices apply from your next billing period.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In short: paid periods are not refunded once they have started, except for duplicate charges or technical errors on our side.

8. Referral program

  • Every agency gets a personal referral link.
  • For each agency that signs up through your link, you earn 5% of what that agency pays for 6 months, counted from its first payment.
  • The balance can be withdrawn once it reaches $1,000. Below $1,000 it can be used to pay for Leeward. Payout details are agreed when you request a withdrawal.
  • Self-referrals, multiple accounts, fake or related agencies and any other abuse are prohibited.
  • We may withhold, reverse or cancel referral rewards connected with abuse or with payments that were refunded, and may change or end the program with notice. Rewards earned without abuse before such a change remain payable.

9. Your data and content

You keep all rights to the data and content you and your team put into the Service. You give us permission to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide and protect the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

10. Our software

The Service, the app and their design belong to Leewardworks. While your account is in good standing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for your agency’s internal business. We may update the app and the Service, and some updates may be required to keep using it.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, platform rules or the law, that do not pay, or that put the Service or other users at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you before doing so. After an account is closed, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some features depend on OnlyFans and Fansly, which may change without notice and may temporarily or permanently affect those features.

Answers of the AI administrator and machine translations are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Check them before relying on them or sending them to fans; you remain responsible for what is sent. Automatic updates may be required to keep Leeward working and secure.

13. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise any level of revenue or results and do not guarantee that platforms will not restrict your accounts.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, platform account restrictions or bans, or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Leewardworks against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, platform rules or the law.

16. Disputes

If you have a dispute with us, please write to hello@leewardwork.com first. We will try to resolve it informally within 30 days before either side takes formal action. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

17. General

  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them in connection with a reorganization or sale of the Service.
  • These Terms are written in English. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify agency owners by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
